Once your order has left our warehouse, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, the fastest way to get assistance is to contact your carrier directly and quote the tracking number.
We can deliver your order to a P.O. Box only with Australia Post. Please note that your package addressed to a P.O. Box may take a little longer.
Sorry, we don’t offer pickups from our warehouse at this time.

Shopping & Ordering FAQs

Since all orders are rapidly dispatched on the next business day after confirmation, we cannot guarantee whether your order can be cancelled. If your order hasn't been shipped, we shall be able to cancel the order for you. However, you can still return your order within 30 days. Please see our refund policy for details.
We don't have a showroom open to the public at this time. But we occasionally do flash retailing at shopping centres. Please follow pop-up shop events on our Facebook Page .
Generally, discount coupons are automatically applied at checkout. You should be able to see the discount already applied to the total at checkout. In some cases, you need to enter a discount coupon code at checkout. Please note that you can only use one discount coupon or gift offer each time you check out. If your product comes with a free gift, then you might not be able to get additional discounts.
