We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (as shown on the order tracking) to request a return, except for the non-refundable items described below.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged, altered or torn. All packaging and documentation (such as boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity) and gift items (if any) that came with the product must be included with the product being returned. The cost of any missing item will be charged the percentage price calculated by us and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@careomatic.au. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of postage for your return unless your return is for one of the following reasons:

  • faulty products,
  • products that have been wrongly described, or
  • products cannot be used as they are advertised.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For a full refund or a replacement, you need to contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product as indicated by the order tracking number.

non-refundable items:

The following items cannot be returned for a refund if the packaging is opened and/or the product has been used.

  • Perishable goods
  • Consumables goods
  • Personal care goods
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons

Exchange:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for an exchange on free gift items.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive the refund after 15 days we’ve approved your return, please reply to your refund request ticket .
